Your investment is secured through four key safeguards:
Promissory Note – A legally binding document that clearly outlines your fixed return, ensuring all agreed-upon terms are documented in detail.
Deed of Trust – Your loan is secured by a lien on the property, meaning we cannot sell it without first repaying you.
Title Insurance Policy – Protects your investment against potential title issues or ownership claims.
Property Insurance – A comprehensive policy ensures your investment is safeguarded in the event of an unforeseen disaster.
You receive fixed monthly payments based on the agreed-upon interest rate and loan terms, earning a 12% annual return on your investment. Payments continue until the loan is fully repaid.
We acquire properties with built-in equity, allowing us to offer attractive, secure returns to our private lenders while maintaining profitable transactions. This strategy ensures that both our investors and our business benefit from each deal.
It’s important to note that, unlike stocks, your investment remains committed for the loan term, providing stability and predictable returns rather than day-to-day market fluctuations.
Private lending is generally less volatile than the stock market, but like any investment, it carries some risk. That’s why our investing model is built with multiple layers of protection for our lenders.
With every buyer, we collect a down payment—typically between $3,000 and $5,000—which we hold in reserves to cover unexpected costs if the buyer defaults or walks away. If that happens, we act quickly: initiate eviction proceedings and prepare the property for resale.
But here’s the bottom line: even if the reserve funds run out, the private money lender (PML) still gets paid. Period. Your monthly payment continues, and we handle the rest behind the scenes to keep your investment performing.
At AHI, your monthly payments are protected—no matter what the buyer does.
If a borrower misses a payment or walks away, we respond immediately with eviction proceedings. Every buyer provides a down payment (typically $3,000 to $5,000), which we hold in reserves to cover missed payments and carrying costs.
But here’s the kicker: even if those reserves run out, you—the private lender—still get paid.
We then resell the property, collect a new down payment, and keep your investment working like clockwork.
First of all, it would take a very sophisticated alien operation to nab our entire team—we’ve got layers. But in the unlikely event that something cosmic happens, we have systems, people, and processes in place to ensure lenders continue to get paid.
Your investment doesn’t rely on any one individual. If something goes sideways, our team is set up to step in and take over operations seamlessly.
Your investment remains fully protected even in the event of a fire or other unforeseen disasters. A comprehensive insurance policy covers the property, ensuring that any damages are financially mitigated. This safeguard guarantees that your investment remains secure, regardless of unexpected circumstances.
