Completely remodeled 4 bedroom Seacountry townhome with a spectacular view! The remodel included all new cabinets, countertops, flooring and paint throughout, as well as new baseboards, crown molding, and fixtures. The kitchen was reconfigured to provide more cabinet, and countertop space with a better overall flow. This home also includes a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, master bathroom with dual sinks, plantation shutters, upstairs laundry room, direct access two car garage, remodeled backyard with custom pavers, refrigerator, and washer and dryer (without warranty), and a relaxing view of hills, trails, and trees. The private, gated community includes a pool with spa, tot lot and access to nearby trails. The Las Flores community pool was also recently remodeled and includes lap lanes, cabanas, bbq's, and a spa!
